Meet Jill Felska, a true DreamMason, and the Founder of Want to Work There, an education and training company focused on helping a new generation of business become incredible places to work. Jill became determined to figure out what makes a job great and what makes a company a wonderful place to work. In creating Want to Work There she has become a force in what it means to create culture in the work place and the impact poor leadership, management, and inauthentic culture has on the personal and professional lives of those employed by the company.
